Global operations are not only a Sigma Kudos delivery channel and offshore capabilities, which you can read about in the top section Global Operations. Global operations are also a part of Sigma Kudos’ shared and documented knowledge. We have not only a long experience of working in “FOBO” projects (Front Office, Back Office), but also well documented processes and methods for this. Our consultants and management are used to working in this environment.

In several cases, we at Sigma Kudos have developed or refined our processes or developed tools in order to better support Global Operations. An example of this is a virtual showroom or project area, where our customers can review the final versions of e-learning productions that we develop using a FOBO concept.

As a result, Sigma Kudos has a set of best practices for working globally, often in a FOBO mode. This leads to a higher quality and lower risk for our customers compared to the competition.
