Many employees at Sigma Kudos have experience from working in agile projects. However, like with any work method, it is important to review and rework them after some time in order to avoid getting stuck in possible inefficient behavioural patterns. For these reasons, Sigma Kudos has initiated a project together with six students from the IT University in Gothenburg. The project revolves around examining the current working situation and the methods that are used in the agile projects performed by Sigma Kudos employees, and finding possible ways to improve them. The aim of the project is to have a method that will describe the best practices for developing customer documentation when working in agile projects.
